Matt is passionate about supporting businesses and organizations having diverse practical experience in the public and private sectors.
As a Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Certified Economic Developer, Matt is able to provide full-cycle initiative support including strategic planning, while understanding relevant economic and business relationships.
With a keen interest in efficiency and continuous improvement, Matt holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and is positioned to evaluate processes of all sizes to ensure optimization.

Matt has held director roles for numerous non-profit organizations. Currently he's the Chair of Central Hastings Early Education and Childcare and is spearheading a large childcare space expansion.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, the outdoors and flying drones (Matt holds an Advanced Operations Certificate from Transport Canada).
